The Legacy Centre is a Christian community centre that has a vision to bring spiritual, social, and economic transformation to Palmerston North by helping the most broken and needy. Earlier this year the Palmerston North Police said that 5 percent of their community causes about 80 percent of the problems. Their vision is to change our whole city by helping the most broken and needy people in our city.
